Robert is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants and spent 13 years in the London media industry as Finance Director for Press Association subsidiaries, followed by a range of companies under the AMV.BBDO umbrella.

He’s also a Fellow of Institute of Directors, a Certified Member of Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellow of Royal Society for Arts, Manufacture and Commerce.

He founded Management Inspirations in 2004 which covers three areas. Firstly, business consultancy, including business growth and development, planning, strategy, forecasting and profitability.

Secondly, business transfer agency, including valuing, marketing and selling businesses through to completion. Also, valuations for probate and investors, plus advice with due diligence.

Thirdly, recruitment under the brand P&C Recruitment, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses, including chairing in-house interviews."
