  • Database Matching with all suitable existing buyers already registered with us. 

  • Inclusion on our register and website, and in our on-going marketing/advertising campaign - until SOLD. 

  • Issuing confidentiality agreements, if desired. 

  • Arranging viewings strictly by appointment. 

  • Screening of buyers and obtaining necessary references when required    . 

  • Advising you of all offers received. 

  • Liasing with both parties’ solicitors & professional advisors. 

  • A personal and professional service from instruction through to completion.

Competitive Fees Structure (all fees are subject to VAT)

Leasehold Businesses & Other Businesses With Premises:

On the sale of the Business, and/or Lease, Goodwill, Fixtures & Fittings, we charge a total fee of just 4.0% (sole contract), 4.5% (multi agency contract) or a minimum fee of £3,500 (sole) or £4,000 (multi), whatever is the greater (all plus vat). This fee is fully inclusive and includes all advertising and marketing costs etc. and is payable on completion of the sale.

Freehold Businesses: 

On the sale of the Business including, Property, Goodwill, Fixtures & Fittings, we charge a total fee of just 2.0% (sole contract), 2.5% (multi agency contract) or a minimum fee of £3,500 (sole) or £4,000 (multi), whatever is the greater (all plus vat). This fee is fully inclusive and includes all advertising and marketing costs etc. and is payable on completion of the sale.

Reduced Fee For Businesses Priced Under £30,000:

On the sale of the Business, and/or Lease, Goodwill, Fixtures & Fittings, we charge a total reduced fee off £2,500 (sole) or £3,000 (multi), (both plus vat). This fee is fully inclusive and includes all advertising and marketing costs etc. and is payable on completion of the sale.

Commitment/Instruction Fee: 

This fee is a sign of your commitment to sell and is simply a small contribution towards the initial set-up costs involved in bringing your business to market as professionally as possible to the widest possible market, without compromising confidentiality.

It includes the initial (no obligation) professional market appraisal and inspection, all advertising & marketing, and inclusion on both our National register of businesses for sale and on all our websites. This one-off fee of just £300 (plus vat) is payable on registration and is refunded from the final commission payable upon sale.
